Matt Maines
Matt’s journey as a health and fitness coach started 20+ years ago after college athletics ended. With a passion for fitness and a B.S. in Exercise Science, Matt began to help everyday men with their health and wellness. Around 2017, Matt had to take some of his own advice, rededicate his commitment to health, and lose 50 lbs after he started his family and stopped training himself. As a dedicated husband, father of six, and always ensuring he keeps God at the center of what he does, Matt brings a wealth of health expertise to the table, ensuring clients get actual lasting results!

Q & A with Matt Maines of Audience of One Fitness Coaching

What made you start Audience of One Fitness Coaching?
I enjoy helping people improve their lives, whether spiritually or physically. I have extensive experience in fitness and nutrition and have refined my craft over the last two decades. I have a B.S. in Exercise Science, which I use daily as I help men transform their bodies.
What is important to you?
My family is everything! This is why I do what I do (helping other Dads), and I have been married to my wife, Brooke, for almost 17 years. Brooke is a woman of God and she keeps me balanced. Brooke and I have six exceptional children. From age 14 to 5, all their names start with a K!
What are some hobbies you enjoy?
I enjoy being a dad. I love spending time with my kids, whether it be hanging out at the pool or coaching them on the ball field. I love coaching youth sports and helping with church events. I also love working out. Working out has been my special place for 3 decades now.
