I had to make fitness a change…
Just 7 years ago I was significantly overweight, I was underperforming, and I was battling mental health issues. I had always been a fantastic athlete who could easily stay fit. But after starting a family and having kids, I noticed I couldn’t spend 8+ hours in the gym each week, and the health problems began adding up. Our purpose at Audience of One Fitness is to help all MEN (especially Dads) reclaim their physical and mental health so they can perform and lead. We have helped countless men do this and our custom fitness coaching approach isn’t a cookie-cutter model.
